Each competition is played over 5, 6 or 7 rounds using what is
known as the Swiss system. That means that, in each round, each
competitor plays against another player on the same number of points (note that
there is no knockout)
What basically happens is that if you win a game, you play your
next match against someone who has also won their game. If you win 2 games, you
play someone who has also won 2 games. Likewise, if you lose the first 3 games,
you play someone who has also lost their first 3 games. In this way, everyone
finds their own level.
The next competition will be held in Sept 2008.
. The results of the competitions held up to April 2007 are
